To further strengthen workplace safety awareness and improve product quality control, our factory recently launched a 10-day intensive training session on safety and quality improvement, involving all frontline workers. Identification of critical safety points in production processes

Quality control standards for welding, assembly, and inspection

Interpretation of international safety certifications (e.g., EN, CE)

Hands-on practice and case analysis of past issues

Strengthening employees' sense of responsibility and teamwork
